An off-roaded career in the health care field coupled with a young child with life threatening food allergies led us to being tied in "knots"! In January 2011 we opened the first completely nut free soft pretzel bakery on Long Island in Oceanside. Five years later, in September 2015, we relocated approximately 1.5 miles north on Long Beach Road to our much larger location in Rockville Centre. We grew our business model and expanded our nut free product offerings to truly focus on celebrating everything safely with a "twist"!
